Albert Bergeon, Belgian painter, gives us a surreal vision of the superb Calanque d’en Vau. A tangle of shells and crustaceans symbolizes the rocks. A deep midnight blue evokes the Mediterranean Sea on which the shape of the calanque stands out.

The painter gives us a bird’s eye view of the rocks from the height of the natural Belvedere of en Vau which overlooks the place.

Albert Bergeon’s original style is imbued with Art Brut and surrealism.
