Symbolism of the wreath

An elegantly dressed young woman sits on a stone bench in a park. A woman behind her places a crown of fresh flowers in her hair, in colors matching her pink and beige satin gown.
Flower chapels are not only aesthetic or perfumed objects that enhance the grace of those who wear them around their heads, they can also carry hidden meanings. She can celebrate spring. This symbol of the rebirth of nature .
It also plays an important role in the game of love. Girls and young women have always worn the crown as a symbol of purity and fertility. The touching simplicity of the wreath still captivates with its delicacy and poetry.

A feminine, refined painting of great delicacy

Grace, delicacy, subtlety, refinement: the charm is in this painting. The satin of the dresses shimmers in the lovely light, illuminating the faces. The work testifies to technical mastery, notably in the rendering of fabrics, the delicacy of the faces and the foliage of the trees. The background is equally well crafted, with the two women in a beautiful wooded park, decorated with sculptures, a fountain, flowers…
